KMV Fragrances is a business in the network marketing industry that sells premium oil based fragrances products that are inspired by the world most beloved international brands at Retail and wholesale prices to their Distributors and Customers.
Agreement to Terms
By Registering to become and accepting benefits as a Distributor of KMV Fragrances, the Applicant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement as they currently exist or as may be amended by KMV Fragrances in the future.
Returns and Refunds Policy
· The provision of Products and services by KMV Fragrances is subject to availability.
· In cases of products unavailability, KMV Fragrances will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Distributors Responsibility
.Distributors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account and any activities that happen under it.
.It is the distributor’s responsibility to double check the stock and names of perfumes/diffusers before they check out on the cart to avoid stock delays.
Privacy Policy
To provide you with up-to-date product and business information for the efficient functioning of your KMV Fragrances business, your personal data will be collected and further processed by KMV Fragrances and its group of companies in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, or American Express cards, or by bank transfer into the KMV Fragrances bank account details of which will be provided upon request(for retail customers only).
Card Acquiring and Security
Card transactions will be acquired for KMV Fragrances via Paystack (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks, and no card details are stored on the website.
Customer and Card Details
Customer details are stored separately from card details, which are entered by the client on Paystack secure site.
Prices and Currency
-We will take all reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices reflected on the website are correct and accurate. You will be charged prices reflected on the website. Prices are quoted on South African currency which is Rand.
Customer Privacy Policy

KMV’s Responsibility
KMV Fragrances takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services, customer service, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
Change
KMV Fragrances may, in its sole discretion, change this Agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
Age to Qualify
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. If the applicant is a legal entity, a responsible person (18+) must be designated in writing to assume full responsibility for the membership.
Distributors Benefits
KMV Fragrances offers Distributors:
· The opportunity to purchase products at wholesale price
· The ability to resell products for profit or for personal use
· The option to recruit new Downliners and earn Commissions when they join and purchase stock.
Earnings & Volume Rebates
KMV Fragrances makes no guarantees regarding potential earnings.
All Commissions and discounts depends on the Distributor’s efforts and performance.
Termination of Distributors Membership
· By Distributor’s: Distributor’s may terminate their membership at any time with written notice to KMV fragrances.
By KMV Fragrances:
Kmv fragrances reserves the right to refuse to accept or process payment on any order and may cancel your order and membership if we suspect any form of fraud on your account.
· By KMV Fragrances:
KMV Fragrances reserves the right to terminate or Remove Distributor who:
o Violates these terms or any policies
o Engages in misrepresentation or unethical conduct
Effect of Termination
Once terminated, a Distributor loses all rights and access to the Commission plan, and any sales benefits.
Distributors Status
Distributors are not KMV’s employees but independent contractors. They are responsible for their own taxes and compliance with applicable laws.
Advertising and Brand Use
Members may not use or create variations of KMV Fragrances’s brand, logo, trademarks, or marketing assets without prior written approval. This includes all forms of internet and print advertising.
Intellectual Property
All Kmv Fragrances trademarks, slogans, and logos remain the exclusive property of the company.
Members may not attempt to register or claim ownership of any brand asset.
22. Product Names and Changes
KMV Fragrances may change their product names, prices, or policies with 30 days’ written notice to their Distributors.
23. Code of Conduct
Distributor’s must uphold the reputation of KMV Fragrances by treating customers ethically and conducting business professionally.
Return Policy
Once order has been placed, processed and paid you cannot cancel your order.
No refund will be processed once the order has been placed, processed and paid.
Only replacement on faulty products is allowed if reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Membership Activation
Distributor’s activate their membership by registering their details and purchasing any minimum or more stock at wholesale prices.
Effective Date
This Agreement becomes effective upon:
· Completion and submission of the registration form.
· Full payment received for initial order.
Orders Release, Tracking and delivery process
-KMV Fragrances will send distributors order’s confirmation once payment has reflected and is received from our end.
-We will send courier tracking number once parcel has been collected from us for distributor to track their parcel through the courier guy company.
